Day 1 (3 hours)
- Overview tools, equipment & required safety
- Preparation of the wood
- Preparation of the epoxy mold
- Mixing of epoxy & pigments
- Proper pouring techniques
- Epoxy will cure for approx. 5 days and during this week we will remove your pieces from the mold, flatten and be ready for you on day 2.
Day 2 (3 hours)
- Refresher of tools, equipment & required safety
- Overview of proper finishing techniques
- Finish sanding
- Apply food safe Odies Oil finish
- Proper attachment of handmade steel legs using threaded inserts & bolts
